What makes Alkylo different from other skincare brands?

Alkylo is bio-fermented skincare designed to work with your skin's microbiome, not against it. Our formulas combine fermented Australian botanicals with postbiotic actives to support your skin barrier without stripping or disrupting it. We make them for skin that reacts to everything.

What is the skin microbiome?

What does "bio-fermented" mean?

Our botanicals, such as Kakadu plum, centella, papaya and seaweed, are fermented to create gentle, skin-friendly ferment filtrates and postbiotics. Learn more about the process in our Fermentation article.

Are Alkylo products suitable for sensitive or eczema-prone skin?

Yes. Our serums and elixir are formulated for sensitive, reactive and eczema-prone skin, and every product is fragrance free. As with any new product, we recommend starting with a patch test.
