Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship across Australia.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, peak periods, or circumstances beyond our control.


Order Processing

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Alkylo is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Delays & Issues

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur. If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at info@alkyloorganics.com and we’ll be happy to assist.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or if your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and supporting photos where applicable.
